I am a man who has been falsely accused of rape (never convicted.) My ex-fiance claimed I raped her and that the pregnancy was a so called "rape baby". She had it aborted without my consent and I have since discovered that rape pregnancy is extremely rare. That women who become pregnant only if they are enjoying the sex. Forcible rape causes the woman's vagina to tighten up and her tubes become spastic making sperm depositing unlikely. I'm not sure what to do at this point. My credibility has been destroyed (everyone thinks I'm a rapist now) and my first born is dead.

I'd like to address your statement about rape pregnancies being rare. You might want to consider the source of that information before you trust it's validity. Any website talking about the subject of abortion with the world Christian in it should be treated as a dubious source of information at best. From what I have read rape may actually lead to higher chances of pregnancy then consensual intercourse.

Man if you are going to promote the idea that women rarely get pregnant if raped -ie. less than would happen with normal random sex- you should come up with some clinical studies on it. I for one find it hard to believe..

My genuine sympathies though if you were falsely accused.

im not sure you will find many men here who would want to take any womans choice on abortion away from them i personally only advocate for mens choice to opt out financially in the end women have the choice they have because of the toll a child can take on their bodies (including death)

your statement " She had it aborted without my consent" as a lead to this thread would be misleading at best and could be quote mined until the cows come home giving AVFM a bad rep.

if you have been falsely charged and never convicted then you should seek help and pressure to make sure this false accuser goes to jail because as you have already said it has affected your life greatly and this criminal needs to go to jail (where she wanted to put you...)

Hang on - I think I see what is happening here. The woman in question was a christian too? I'll bet the whole rape thing was to justify herself, to cover her own guilt for having an abortion.

Mate, I feel for you. Being wrongfully accused, plus having your first child murdered, is a terrible thing to have happen.
If ever there is a case for dating women and keeping your zipper up, this is one such case and proof that men need to protect themselves and stop allowing women to sucker them into sex. We are so easily led into sex by these unscrupulous women, who then cry rape afterward.

Also, how do you know that this child was yours? Do you have any proof that she wasn't screwing around behind your back?
I am of the belief that a good many women today will screw around with more than one partner and do it deceitfully, and I believe they do this much more than men do. This includes women who are married. In general today, I believe women have lost their moral compass altogether and in most western societies, they are off the rails big time.

As far as abortion is concerned, I am totally against it. There is no reason ever that justifies the murder of an innocent child.
But one of the main reasons I think the choice of abortion should be removed from women, is that they arrogantly think they can choose to kill a child who also belongs to a father, and do this without the fathers consent or even knowledge.

Not sure what we can do to help you. Pretty much the majority of men in this forum, have had their reputations annihilated by false allegations of one form or another. We all have to weather that storm and pray we come out the other side still alive and with our dignity intact. And it is up to us if that happens or not.
