Probably, but look who you're talking about there.

Maybe she sent the judge the same text.

I hope this guy appeals this, and wins. She and those like her, are an embarrassment to women. To send a guy away for years for a crime he didn't commit, is just ugh. There are no words for such a person. The judge sounds like he already made up his mind before the trial began, and like many men, think this makes him look like a hero for feminism.

Under Canadian law, there is "no such thing as implied consent". This makes any sex, without consent, by default a rape. How do you guys who request consent do it? What reaction are you getting when you ask for consent???

Yeah nothing new I guess, but it sets a precedent making it that much easier for a guy to get convicted in what's basically a "he said, she said", or more precisely "she said, he's jailed" ....yeah it doesn't rhyme sue me....scary stuff. A man's much better off with a loving and loyal female dog.

well obviously they could put looking for hot sex and it wouldn't matter.

women just want not only sex, but whatever they like for it.

as long as a man realizes he is at a womans disposal and mercy, and is ok with that, there really isn't a problem.

problems arise when after a man knowingly signs a blank cheque to his life.....but doesn't like what she writes for herself.

but no shortage of fools looking to write blank cheques

if you don't want to write a blank cheque for your life, don't have relations in Canada.

men know this they just take a chance she'll be fair, and don't want to deliver when she's not.

those are the rules, just don't be a horny fool. its a womans prerogative to convict you with abuse if she wishes, its nothing new.

a woman can murder you in your sleep, if your her other in any way, claim abuse, and get of the hook.......we all know this....its Canada.

this woman may have just wanted her sjw rape badge, its her right as a woman......he knew that...we all do.

he had a phd in politics......looks like he got to further the cause of women sooner than he thought.

When it comes to protecting yourself against what women can and will do to a guy, there's no such thing as being "paranoid"...

pack of rabid wolf's calling themselves caged birds...history is written by the victors

having sex/relationship with a woman leaves you entirely at her highness's mercy.......in all fairness its an extremely niave man that doesn't know this.

Canada is just no place for men to be having relations with women.

They just don't want to appear too whorish. More like "no hookups unless you look like Channing Tatum", then it's hook-ups galore.

Reminds me of victorian morality, basically proscribing casual sex.

"If you want to not rape someone, get married, and then ask nicely."

Also kind of sounds like Indian jurisprudence, where they charge the guy with rape when he calls off the wedding.

Any sex at all is by default a 'rape' unless it can be proved different. And there's no iron clad way of proving different. This is the new legal paradigm*. Guys had better start opening their eyes, accept this and behave accordingly...

*(Reference a sexual assault case in Alberta, a female judge reiterates that "there is not such thing as implied consent". Guys really need to start paying attention to the legal mindset.)

  • It's official: drink and screw and dump, IT'S RAPE!

Judge’s florid ruling seems an attempt to blow up so-called ‘rape myths’

So they were a thing for a couple of weeks, went to the bar, drank, went to his place, had sex, then he dumps her. RAPE! She even sent him a text earlier that night inviting him to join her at a bar to “Drink and then we can have hot sex.” If this conviction withstands an appeal, it's a precedent and the law of the land.

And some guys make fun of MGTOWers, well, the players can laugh all they want from jail. Abstinence, escorts, sexcations, moving and marrying abroad, Jesus anything is better than playing russian roulette with Canadian women. Take a look at her for yourself, is she worth that risk to you?

A buddy of mine has a regular fuck just for fucking's sake. Homely she is. He's going to dump her when something better comes along, and he's the kind of guy who would laugh in her face as she cries. She's doing her best to tie him down as he's single, no kids, making good money with cash in the bank, but he won't bite. I can see a scenario like the one above happening to him. Stay tuned.
