  • Pick-Up Artistry: a Fast Track to a Criminal Record

Expect to see more video in sex assault trials

I really don't have much sympathy for either party, but just imagine her horror when she woke up to this pudgy little feller beside her, whispering sweet nothings in her ear! The old beer goggles had turned him into a Greek Adonis in her blurred eyes! Ah, it's no wonder alcohol has long been the pickup artist's tool of choice. There's an infamous former PUA whose past techniques I believe included getting the girl sloshed. Well folks, the 90s are long gone and this is the new reality. Sure, the girl is just as responsible for her bad sad situation as the guy, but in our current environment judges set aside reality and it's the dude who gets all the blame, does the time, and gets the criminal record.

Preying on drunk girls is bad form anyway.

Now, wouldn't he have been better off getting a top-tier escort for an hour or two?

looks to me like she's having fun and taking part......

is her judgment totally non important? should she not have watched out for herself?

should she not take the consequences of her own actions?

man i want out of this country.

PUA may have had something going for it once, but it turned too dangerous, i turned away when the whole Julien Blanc thing happened, i kinda liked Julien, he was like a walking comedy show, but then he was condemned by feminists for doing what every PUA does, and instead of sticking with him the rest of the guys decided to throw him under the bus to save their own buts, that´s when i left and i never looked back.

I can;t wait for this defense at a DUI trial: "But Your Honor, I was drunk, so I wasn't able to consent to driving in the first place; I'm the victim here!"

Most guys figured out this "PUA" shit in junior high, and learned that it's a dick move.

But there's a more important lesson here: If you're going to pick up drunk chicks, ditch them on the side of the road before they sober up.

Guys need to realize that there is no legally satisfactory way of establishing consent and unless you're home alone taking a dump on your own shitter behind a locked door in the dark then you might be on someone's video. This is just the new reality. Act accordingly...

You're talking to the wrong feminists.

More directly, a couple of the women on The View regularly call other women out for this kind of behavior:

                http://www.mediaite.com/tv/whoopi-go...et-poop-faced/

"Whoopi Goldberg finally added “My opinion is, if you don’t want this kind of attention, don’t get poop-faced. Do not get poop-faced. Do not become so drunk you don’t know what is happening. When you say ‘x, y, z happened,’ you have no way of proving it. So both parties, if you don’t want the agitation, do not become so drunk you can’t figure out what the hell you’re doing.”

The line got huge applause from the audience."

It's nice to see these high-profile women insisting that other women accept the consequences of their actions. But the like-minded people who are applauding aren't the system with its presumption of male guilt.

Despite the obvious risks, the vast majority of people in the pick-up scene are fine with alcohol being the social lubricant. They think they know how to work it, so they'll be fine. If I were dating, I wouldn't play that. I'd be firm with my rule that if she has been drinking, I won't get in bed with her. I wouldn't even sleep separately in the same residence as her, because she might get into bed with me while I was sleeping. Not wanting to disrespect her is certainly part it, but first and foremost it's self defence.

It's usually white knights who are passing the laws.

i have a cousin who works in making laws in ottawa. she's female.

that wasnt my point. my point was that people are passing laws ..unjust laws.. and its considered the norm so so SST"s point about "wrong" or "right" feminists is retarded. because the NORM is to raise women above men.

True, but it shows that we are not the extreme outliers the System would have us believe.

As for PUAs, in general, they are basically the opposite end of the spectrum of the "manosphere" from the MRM. They like the system the way it is, because they've figured out how to game it; we want to change the system so we don't have to game it.

Perhaps the next step would be having sex allowed only by court authorization upon receipt of a notarized consent form complete with the blood alcohol test results of the applicants. Easy-peasy...
