Linking back to a previous post of mine about the Mel B divorce:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...en-40-000.html

Quote: "The documents note that Mel, also 42, had opposed all of her husband's requests for relief and seeks her own relief, asking the court to give Belafonte a Gavron warning - a notice insisting he become self-supporting"

    Gavron warning definition (https://www.wkfamilylaw.com/gavron-w...support-order/)

"A Gavron Warning is a notice issued by the court to a supported spouse, which states that he or she is expected to become self-supporting. A Gavron Warning is frequently issued to the supported spouse at the time the spousal support order is made. The warning essentially compels the supported spouse to make all reasonable efforts to become self-supporting within a reasonable period of time"

Then why aren't Gavron warnings issued to women? It's the first time I've ever heard of such a thing - how surprising that it's only come up in a divorce battle where the man is claiming his wife's money. Does this law also apply to women? How can it when there are rulings made where a man has to support an ex-wife for life - where's the Gavron warning in these cases? Is it something that is not routinely suggested to men in divorce battles? If not, why not? God, divorce lawyers are a piece of work.

That is an excellent question-- particularly to *FEMINIST* women, seeing as how they're all about equality and everything...
FEMINISM is a HATE GROUP - Feminists are HATEFUL PEOPLE
It's time to call it out for what it is.
